BRISTOL, Tenn. — Organizers have filled in the blanks for the Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion, releasing the full artist schedule comprised of 111 sets of live music across 12 stages during the Sept. 13-15 weekend.
The 24th annual music festival returns to downtown and to its typical calendar spot on the third weekend of September with the typical mix of high-profile stars, rising talent and a healthy mix of notable regional artists.
Single day passes are also now on sale, according to the Birthplace of Country Music, which hosts the festival each year.
Friday night headliners include The Teskey Brothers, Joy Oladokun, Mountain Grass Unit, Ashley Monroe, Fruition, and Michael Cleveland.
Nashville singer-songwriter Oladokun will close out the State Street stage with her 9 p.m., performance. Grammy-nominated country star Ashley Monroe precedes her there with a 6:45 p.m. show.

Fruition hits the Piedmont stage at 7:30 Friday evening, followed by Sam and Josh Teskey, backed by a seven-piece band offering up blues rock sounds.
Mountain Grass Unit will close out a four-artist night at the Cumberland Square Park stage with a 10:15 p.m., show while Cleveland scorches the mural stage at 8:30 p.m., followed by the Empty Bottle String Band at 10:30 p.m.
Saturday features Shane Smith & The Saints, Lukas Nelson, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, Kaitlin Butts, Futurebirds, and many, many more.
Nelson caps a five-artist day at the State Street stage with a 9:15 p.m. show. Futurebirds and Pigeons Playing Ping Pong play back-to-back sets at the park, at 8 and 10 p.m., respectively. Butts performs on Piedmont at 6:30, followed Smith & The Saints at 8:30 p.m.
Radio Bristol’s Farm & Fun Time Radio Show is set from 5-7 p.m. at the Paramount, featuring Silverada, Logan Ledger and Kris Truelson & the Farm And Fun Time House Band.
Sunday’s lineup is also stacked with talent including The Band Perry, as the Greeneville, Tennessee-based favorites light up the State Street stage with a 3 p.m. set.
Ricky Skaggs & Kentucky Thunder return to Bristol for the first time since captivating the mural stage crowd in 2010. This year the 15-time Grammy Award winner will close out the Piedmont stage with a 4:15 p.m. show. Rob Ickes & Trey Hensley will precede him there with a 2:15 p.m. set.
Steep Canyon Rangers will close out the festival with their 5:30 p.m., set at Cumberland Square Park while Sister Sadie performs at 4:30 p.m., at the mural stage.
Any day passes to Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion are on sale now for $99.99 (taxes/fees included). Weekend Passes good for all three days are $169.99 (tax/fees included) if you purchase by July 20. After that the price goes up $10. Payment plans are available.
